Vrijwilligers

\n

Vrijwilligers van IDO trekken de wijken in, bezoeken buurthuizen en gaan in gesprek met bewoners. Gekleed in mooie IDO truien. Ze vertellen over de mogelijkheden die er zijn bij de bibliotheek, waar iedereen zonder afspraak terechtkan met digitale vragen. Of het nu gaat om hulp bij het aanvragen van toeslagen, het lezen van berichten in de berichtenbox, of het aanmaken van een DigiD: niemand hoeft er alleen voor te staan.

\n

De kracht van deze campagne zit in de persoonlijke benadering. Door letterlijk de deuren van de wijk in te gaan en het gesprek aan te gaan, verlagen we de drempel. Mensen ontdekken dat hulp bij digitale zaken niet ingewikkeld of eng hoeft te zijn – en dat er altijd iemand is die met geduld en begrip wil helpen.

Met \"Ik ben IDO\" maken we van digitale uitsluiting een gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid. We bouwen bruggen tussen mensen en de digitale overheid. Want iedereen verdient het om mee te kunnen doen. Ook, en juist, in deze digitale tijd.
